Comp Plan

General Definitions

Pay Period (PP):
Pay Periods for 3MTea™ are every 7 days and begin every Monday at 12:00 AM (MST) and end every Sunday at 11:59 PM (MST) USA.

Pay Date (PD):
We Pay Weekly! 3MTea™ pays every Friday for volume submitted by the previous Sunday at Midnight. This is only a 5 day lag.

Affiliate:
Anyone who chooses to sign up as an Affiliate and qualify for commissions.

Tea Club Member (Customer):
Anyone who chooses to sign up as a Tea Club Member and isn’t eligible for commissions.

Enroller:
The Affiliate who directly signs an individual to 3MTea™ as an Affiliate or a Customer is considered to be the “Enroller” of the new Affiliate or Customer.

Personal Volume:
The total Personal Sales Volume of a single Affiliate from orders placed personally or orders placed by the affiliates personal Tea Club Members. The affiliate is not required to make any purchase personally, of any amount, to be paid.

Active:
To be considered active an Affiliate must meet 2 requirements:

  1. Fill out the Affiliate application and accept the terms and conditions aka Policies and Procedures of 3MTea™
  2. Be Personal Volume Qualified, 3MTea™ has 2 levels of Personal Volume Qualification or Active
  • A2 PersonalVolume active qualifies the Affiliate for 20-50% FOB’s (depending on affiliates “Pin Rank”) on personally enrolled affiliates or customers and 5% on customer Re-Orders
  • A3 PersonalVolume active qualifies the Affiliate for 30-50% FOB’s (depending on affiliates “Pin Rank”) on personally enrolled affiliates or customers and 10% on customers Re-Orders
 FOB’s and retail customer Re-Order commissions are the only incomes an Active Affiliate can earn unless the Active Affiliate is also “Binary Qualified”
Autoship/Monthly Subscription:

Autoship or monthly subscriptions are in no way required to participate in or qualify for the 3MTea™ Comp Plan. 3MTea™ will offer Monthly Subscriptions and recommends all Affiliates are on Subscription but more importantly that they sign up as many NON Affiliate Subscription Customers as possible as fast as possible. Autoships are a 4 week (28 day) cycle.

Company Pay Cap:
The Company Maximum weekly Pay Cap is 60% of Global Company CV.

Ranks:
Ranks are earned by product sales and determine an Affiliates Pay if Active and or Qualified.

ABQ:
Active and Binary Qualified. ABQ is applicable for banked volume as well.

Commissionable Volume:
In 3MTea™ our CV is 80% of QV. Qualifying Volume (QV) = purchase price. Ranks are determined by QV in your pay leg (PLQV).

Rank Advancement Speed Cap:
Starting at the M6 Rank and all ranks above, an Affiliate must have been paid at the next lower rank sometime previously in their history with 3MTea™ to be “paid as” at the new rank.

First Order Bonuses & Retail Bonuses

First Order Bonuses “FOB”:

  1. An FOB is a commission paid on the first order placed by either an affiliate customer or a non affiliate customer.
  2. On First Orders (FO’s), Bonuses (FOB’s) pay 20-50% of the CV to the Direct Enroller depending on active status.
  3. On FO’s 30-40% of the CV goes into the Binary Tree Pool based on caps.

Retail Bonuses:
Customers reorders 5-10% are paid to sponsor and 100% of CV goes to binary pool. 100% of CV goes to binary pool on Affiliate’s reorders.

Pin Ranks:
3MTea has 5 different “Pin Ranks”. Your Pin Rank is determined by Affiliates Personal Volume within two consecutive weeks or the pack the Affiliate signs up with.
Here are the following 5 Pin Ranks:

BUILDER: Affiliate’s is 64PV in any 2 weeks or uses the appropriate starter pack that qualifies the affiliate as a “Builder”. Qualified to earn 20-30% on FO’s and 5-10% on customer re-orders (depending if A2 or A3 active).
PRO: Personal Volume is 128PV in any 2 weeks or uses the appropriate starter pack that qualifies the affiliate as a “PRO”. Qualifies to earn 30-40% on FO’s and 5-10% on customer re-orders (depending if A2 or A3 active).
VIP:Has 192PV in any 2 weeks or uses the appropriate starter pack that qualifies the affiliate as a “VIP”. Qualified to earn 40-50% on FO’s and 5-10% on customer re-orders (depending if A2 or A3 active) + VIP Benefits.
GVIP: Has 384PV in any 2 weeks or uses the appropriate starter pack that qualifies the affiliate as a “GVIP”. Qualifies to earn 50% on FO’s (being only A2 active) and 5-10% on customer re-orders (depending if A2 or A3 active) + Gold VIP Benefits.
DVIP: Has 800PV  in any 2 weeks or uses the appropriate starter pack that qualifies the affiliate as a “DVIP”. Qualifies to earn 50% on FO’s (being only A2 active) and 5-10% on customer re-orders (depending if A2 or A3 active) + Diamond VIP Benefits.

VIP Benefits:

  1. Entitles the VIP to a one time, but at every rank, 3 week grace period following each rank promotion where they will be “Paid As”, the new rank they just achieved. By the Forth week they start just getting paid on their “Paid As Qualified” rank.

  2. VIP Seating at all Corporate Events and

  3. Access to special VIP events and privileges for life.

  4. VIP’s who are also A3 active are paid 50% on FO’s

 

Gold VIP Benefits:

  1. *All Normal VIP Benefits. This includes the ability to be paid 50% on FO’s with only being A2 active.
  2. Automatic activation of a 2nd Gold VIP Business Center upon attaining the rank M5 (A $500+ Value).
  3. Two invitations for “Gold VIP” events.

 

Diamond VIP Benefits:

  1. *All Normal VIP Benefits. This includes the ability to be paid 50% on FO’s with only being A2 active.
  2. AUTOMATIC activation of a 2nd Diamond VIP Business Center upon attaining rank of M5. (A $1000+ value) And an AUTOMATIC activation of a 3rd Diamond VIP Business Center in the other leg when the second position reaches the level of M5(A $1000+ value).
  3. Two invitations for “Diamond VIP” events.
  4. My 3MTea Success Profile. . Your personal success story published to My 3MTea Success wall of fame  (upon reaching M4).

**Binary Pay

Placement:
Refers to the actual space in the Binary Genealogy Team Tree an Affiliate is in.

Binary Tree:
The Binary tree is different from the Enrollment tree in several ways.

  1. The Binary Tree only has a maximum of 2 legs. (Left & Right)
  2. The Binary Tree may include Affiliates that are NOT in the Affiliates enrollment tree.

 

Commissionable Volume (CV):
The volume on which commissions are paid.

 

Binary Pay:
All 3MTea products have a CV of 80% of every dollar. 3MTea pays 10-20% of Pay Leg CV (depending on rank).

Binary Qualified:
An Affiliate is considered to be Binary Qualified if they are:

  1. Active (As above described)
  2. Have at least one personally enrolled active Affiliate in both their left and right legs of their binary tree and
  3. Meet the Paid-As requirements for a particular rank. (There is only 1 variation of “Paid As” and it is a temporary grace period tied to being a VIP)

ABQ:
Active and Binary Qualified. ABQ is applicable for banked volume as well.

Banked Volume:
Banked Volume is the remaining CV from your strong leg that is not used up in your weekly Binary Check. So long as you remain ABQ your Banked volume grows every week and has no limit. If you drop below ABQ your banked volume will flush out to zero dollars. As soon as you are ABQ again banked volume will resume accumulating as applicable. Banked Volume with also flush to ZERO if the affiliate is inactive for an entire pay period.

Binary Pay Period Cap:
An Affiliate’s weekly “binary” pay cannot exceed $20,000 USD.

Gross Pay Period Cap:
An Affiliate’s weekly “gross” combined pay cannot exceed 60% of the CV from that Affiliate’s pay leg in the Binary Tree. Exception: If an affiliates FOB’s for a pay period exceeds this rule the affiliate will be paid the full amount due of FOB’s. (Even if that exceeds 60%)

*GROSS PAY PERIOD CAP PROMOTIONAL UNTIL SUMMER 2018:
Gross pay period cap is waived until summer of 2018.

*QBL’S – QUALIFIED BINARY LEGS:
For M5 and higher: Qualified Binary Legs require that at least one personally enrolled Affiliate in either or Both of the legs of the Affiliate’s BINARY Tree (Left and Right) is “Active and Binary Qualified/ABQ” qualified to be paid at a specific rank (or above) during the affiliate’s past pay periods. 

*QBL’S: PROMOTIONAL PERIOD UNTIL SUMMER 2018
For M5 and higher: During 3MTea™’s promotional period only 1 of the affiliate’s legs is required to have the personally enrolled QBL affiliate.

**The exact Binary Pay % is not determined until other commissions are calculated and paid.

Check Match

Enrollment Tree:
This tree is different than the Binary Tree. The Enrollment Tree does not include the actual placement in the binary legs. Enrollment Tree shows your personal enrollments as “LEVEL 1”. Then your “LEVEL 1″ enrollments will have their own personal enrollments which would be your ‘LEVEL 2” enrollments. This pattern continues infinite levels down.

Binary Check Match:
This is a 5-50% match on binary pay between your “LEVEL 1” and “LEVEL 6” enrollment tree (depending on rank).

Weekly Cap:
Binary Check Match is not subject to weekly caps but is subject to the 60% Pay Leg cap.

Each Affiliates income will vary from Zero to More than Zero, that’s all we know.

MONETARY SPECS

3MTea™ sells and pays compensation in US dollars regardless of country of purchase or payment. In certain markets Affiliates may elect for their compensation to be converted to local or other currency as provided by the payment processor 3MTea™ has chosen for their country.
